We recently found ourselves in need of 24-hour care for our 98-year-old father after he began having difficulty walking just a few days after Christmas. We had been given the name of Always Golden Care but had not yet had the opportunity to contact them. When we called on December 29, Elissa arranged for a caregiver to be at our father’s home within just a few hours. She also came personally to help with the transition and ensure everything was properly set up. Over the following four weeks, our father received full-time care from several caregivers, all of whom were prompt, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Every member of the team was compassionate, well-trained, and a great source of comfort to both our father and our family. Elissa remained in regular contact with us and was extremely accommodating whenever schedules or appointments needed adjusting.
